Today's giveaway is brought to you by the letter "W" and the number 2!  ("W" for "Weasley!")

Today I'll be giving away this 5x7" print of Mrs. Weasley's muggle post to Harry.  I love that Mrs. Weasley, don't you?

  1. My favorite winter comfort food is chocolate chip cookies. I'd give you the recipe but you know I'll just make them for you instead. Oh, and pizza. The recipe for that is the Domino's phone number.

    1. Me, too! I LOVE soups and stews! I found an amazing recipe for a chicken, corn, and sweet potato chowder years ago and can't get enough! (You start by cooking bacon in the soup pot, so you KNOW it's gotta be good!)

  9. My favorite comfort foods depend on the time of year. Colder months I go with soups and stews and summer time : ice cream. One of my favorite soups is white bean chili but you gave me that recipe. I also love cheeseburger soup. I can't find the recipe on my Pinterest page for that but here is a different one:

  13. I like cauliflower at gratin soup. From weight watchers. Cut up 1 head into 1-2" pieces. Cut up 1 onion too. I like to sauté onion first in 2T olive oil. Then add 2-3 cups water and cauliflower. Simmer until soft enough to cut up finer with a spoon. Sprinkle with about 1/2t salt and pepper and a big dash nutmeg. Add about 1/2-1 cup milk. Toast 2 slices wheat bread and turn it into crumbs (food processor if available). Mix crumbs with 1 cup shredded cheese (I like pepper jack) and put the mixture over 4-5 bowls of the soup. Broil until topping is browned and melted.
